To start the process, could you draw up a proposed a 'band plan' which is the first step to coordinating the microwave bands? Based on the immediate need/existing usage in WWA, starting with the 5cm band seems to make the most sense. I also remember that Bart presented a paper to the WWARA several years ago, which we should locate and review. I suspect it will provide a useful perspective.
