Thanks for all the input. I found a store in Portland (Remarkable Stamps) that lets you completely customize a stamp with an online designer. I ordered one so hopefully now I'm all set.

I recently had good service from Walmart checks for checks and an address stamp. There are some nice online vendors who will make up a rubber stamp for you that says anything you want. Not too expensive and pretty fast turnaround.
