Yes, you can change the graph min/max in your conf file, but I can't find it right now.
Clint is using that feature, so maybe he can help.
I have added this to the list server so others can learn too...

The reason no points are shown is because the the noise is so high and the vertical access starts at -110. Here is a plot from the wsprdaemon database.
