Barring any new bugs...  the cut over to the new filter scheme will occur sometime after 5PM today.

Interesting, the false totals I get seem to match or be within 1-2 of what Phil has on wspr.rocks

The criteria for not including a spot in the daily spot database here are:

- "balloon" spots

- TX calls not in the whitelist (which is updated everyday by adding validated new calls)

- known bad calls like 359A

- spots that have single-reports (and are not in a known list, eg: N3AGE and a few others)
