It wouldn't be too hard to add a wsprnet_spot_validation_daemon() to WD 3.0, but there are many bugs and features on my TODO list. Some remarks.
1. Get a list of the 44 spots decoded from your system and compare it with the spots you find for that timeframe in wsprnet.org. In that way you can analyze what spots are not uploaded and why. 2. There was not a lot of filtering added to wsprnet.org. There was 1 small change made in the input filter: Before - spots that only had a different SNR but for the rest with all parameters the same were accepted in the database. After - spots with the same SNR : only the first offered for upload is accepted. As this can be a parallel process for many uploads even in this case sometimes dupes can enter the database. |

A month ago Erwin F4VTQ encouraged Gary to add a lot of duplication filters to wsprnet.org. They have eliminated most of the previously observed duplicates, but they may be also filtering valid spots. I thought it might be related to dups, I have seen duplicate spots before but maybe if there are too many it blocks them.

In WD 3.0 I log this an a ERROR to give it some prominence, but I believe it is really an error in the wsprnet.org server. wsprnet.org accepted only some of the spots which were uploaded, but it doesn't tell us which were rejected or why. But if you have another system reporting spots to wsprnet.org with the same reporter ID, then WN may rightly reject duplicates in your WD spot upload.
