Re: FLdigi setting ICOM to data mode
Well, I’m really not good at this computer stuff, not in my skill set at all. So this is crude as all heck, but SCOTT is the wizard!
I wish I was better at Photo-Shop!

Re: Timer Reset Macro
Ah ha. That would definitely reset the timer, but it would also send DE K9JB twice. I discovered that if I hit the Pause key twice it toggles TX off and back on and resets the timer. I believe Dave

Re: Timer Reset Macro
Just realized that your question was all within one macro. I haven't tried that, but my intent was for you to hit the same macro button twice, not an all in one macro.

Re: Timer Reset Macro
Cliff,
I think this is what you’re saying is: DE K9JB <TX/RX><TX/RX>. Is that correct?

FLdigi setting ICOM to data mode
I have been trying to put my IC-7700 into DATA 3 mode because it is set to "LAN" and must be in that mode to transmit.
I had to go to the IC-7700 and push the "DATA" button to get to DATA3.

Jerry,
Just hit the T/R toggle macro twice. First hit goes back to Rx and the second puts it back in Tx. Pretty simple. It's already in your default macros unless you've changed it. I think it

Re: Timer Reset Macro
That’s what I’m trying to do except its <RX><TX>. Can I call a macro from a different macro? I couldn’t find it on the list.

From my side tnx a lot to all of you for support.
If I'm allowed to make a wish:
-- change/option to persist S# from session to session
(keep the last number when you start fldigi as default

Ok, I think I understand some of what is going on.
Yes the new mode table was added so you will need to change the mode in the mat file to agree with the new table. No choice there.
I suggest you use

It is very strange that you have problems with the mat file in the new versions of flrig. The same mat file here works in all versions.
I suggest that you rename the C:\Users\<login>\flrig.files to
