What happens when you manually click the Tune button in fldigi for 5 seconds?

What happens with <TUNE:1>?

What happens if you turn the power all the way down then <TUNE:5>?

Please post the whole macro that contains the <TUNE:5> tag.

I had just changed mode to MFSK-32 at the time, I suspect this happens I with all modes.  
In THOR-22 text continues to come from the secondary text buffer.
No other macros work probably because the input from the TX window is disabled.

The Tx window shows <!   at the point where the <TUNE:5> macro would be.
