 Looking for info on how to determine proper height of loom bench.  There was an excellent discussion about this on Weave Tech a few years ago,
but unfortunately didn't save it.

Any advice about how to determine proper loom bench height appreciated.

Hi Sue 

My “measure” is that your elbows should just clear the breast beam when sitting up straight.  No slouching!  And sitting at the front edge of the bench so that you are sort of “perched” to prevent hip and knee problems.
