I don't know if this will help you ; My Crossley shuttles are 15 inches long and are marked Crossley's England, 122, 6/86. The tensioner is bronze metal, the tensioners are 2 and 1/4 ounces in weight

I don't know your loom, but with the 60 inch CM loom I had I sometimes weighted a couple of treadles or tied in empty treadles when using an unbalanced tie up, to make the loom sing. Best of luck to y
