You may want to look at Seguin. AVL also makes some smaller Dobby looms, although t hey are electronic not mechanical.

Yes, you can do it. Tie up each of the treadles to one shafts, as 1,2,3,4 ONLY to rise. Tie your tabby treadles as usual…..1 + 3 up, 2.4 down, and 2,4 up, 1,3 down IF your tabby is created that
