Auto Reverse Loop
I use a PSX-AR from DCC Specialists on a hidden reverse loop. Easy to install and automatically reverses polarity and throws my Tortoise machines. I have had no problems with it since installing. RicZ

Don, et.al, I have tried all of the tricks to-date. I have trace the drops and the busses; gaps, etc. the Reverser buss is totally isolated from the main buss except through the OGAR. Power is passing

Troubleshooting a DCC Specialties Onguard Auto Reverser
Short appears as the loco exits,the loop, probably because the AR is set at the entrance polarity. As soon as the locos front wheels cross the gap, the short occurs. I am getting power though the loop

Which Switch for a Hare/Tortoise Combo
Understand, but should the SPDT be momontary or should the switch allow me to set the turnout at one place or the other? Also, if momontary, how long should the contact be made to effect the tortoise
