I forgot to say, that exactly where you attach the feeder is not critical - as long as you pass the quarter test.

If you place your feeders every 3-6 feet and are adequately sized, you will be fine. Just be sure to do the "quarter test" and test short out your track at least every 3 feet. If your booster

Thanks for your timely reply. On image A there is one feeder each on opposite ends of the section of track. On image B both feeders are on the same end of the section of track.

I needed to isolate the section of track which had the short circuit.
I had a DCC Feeder wire on that

I have one track Black wire on inside rail and red wire on outside rail that connects to a right hand Atlas Powered frog turnout.

I also used V blocks cut from plywood. For repeated alignment. Magnets were for powering 2 track plus 3' on each side of bridge. I also made a swing bridge, using a door and door know as alighnment
