If you are an NPPD customer, the NPPD guy you need to get ahold of is out of York, NE. He is the RFI GUY and was also an Amateur Radio Operator. I called the Kearney NPPD engineer and got the York

HF just confirms their is a problem, actually in the vhf/uhf bands, you can use a yagi for pin-pointing problem poles. Dawson power has been very responsive and we'll be checking some of
