Well, I seem to have a problem at my home QTH with broadband interference. It happens as a burst, for 12-15 seconds, then ceases for approximately the same time. It's a regular cycle/interval. What I mean is this burst completely overwhelms the receiver across all HF bands. It does not appear to affect vhf/uhf. I've experienced this in my truck sitting in the drive. I've driven around the neighborhood which decreases with distance.

I called Dawson power and logged the problem with them. I was wondering, does anyone have meter that can detect this?

MFJ sells one, "MFJ-852" Power Line Meter, but I thought I'd see if anyone might have one I could use.

This is very frustrating and has completely knocked me off the air across the HF Bands.
