TITLE: Empress has tendered Memorandum of Power to Council

-TO ALL-

Attention to military, civilian, allies, and neutrals inside and outside the Empire. We, the Imperial Council, jointly make this statement on behalf of our beloved Empress Vesha Nek at her express request as sovereign ruler of our empire.

Per the code and tradition of our people, the Empress has declared a memorandum of power and the intent to surrender her crown to her daughter, the Crown Princess Anna Vek.

Per the code and tradition of our people, The Empress will relinquish her rule of the citizens and lay down her title as empress, becoming Blessed Mother.

Per the code and tradition of our people, we shall celebrate this change as deemed by the High goddess Vetma who brought us to this land hundreds of years ago, as planned by Ulea who saved us from the mountain spirits, and by the blood of Shyn who sacrificed her life force to save us from the sea plague.

We extend invitations to all on Gronk and across the oceans to celebrate this change.

The crown shall be passed to the next on July 1^st, 323ap here at Crystal City.
