Esto's President Honours Vexillium Leaders

Duceta (EVN). Today the media office published letters sent to several leaders of Vexillium, offering them an honourary commandership as Colonel-in-Chief of a Regiment of Guards.

Qur ob Mɛɛk, Secretary General of the Smalik Treaty Organisation for Industrious Cooperation H.E. Hylda Oystol, President of the Republic of Ancalda Your Exellency / Exellencies / Majesty, my dear and esteemed President(s) / Empress / Madam ! The formation of a Ceremonial Guard with several Regiments allows to revive the old tradition of conferring "ownership" (honorary command as "colonel-in-chief") of such regiments on persons of merit in Vexillium. Therefore I chose, with the consent of the Federal Council And Court, to offer to Your Exellency pp the ownership of the 2nd / 3rd / 4th / 5th / 6th / 7th Regiment of Guards. The number does not imply a grade of prestige. Let me mention just for your information that the writer of this is owner of the 1st and the Secretary of State owner of the 2nd Regiment of Guards. This news agency is sure that the coferrence (which was not planned as a conference) will mainly be a military spectacle in the style of a Cruisana "Trooping The Colours/King's Birthday Parade". The Federal Estontetsan Constabulary Command
has the honour to submit the following plan for the FIRST CONFERRENCE CONFERENCE combined with the INAUGURATION of the INTERNATIONAL MILITARY MUSIC ACADEMY If participants like to see an own music band take part in the ceremony, please send the band to Duceta as soon as feasable for necessary rehearsals. (A photo of such a band would be desirable.) Also, if your nation's armed forces are interested in taking part in the International Military Musoc Academy to be developed from Esto's existing Military Music Academy, please bring your musicians/music scientists/music teachers/composers/you name it. IMMA will be formed as a faculty of Esto's Military Academy, merging the existing Military Music Academy and excellent foreign military music personalities. The Academy will continue to provide the music band for Esto's Ceremonial Guards, in battalion strength, able to form several different orchestras.
On 14th January 323 the confeRence starts with an evening reception. On 15th January we hold a parade of 3 Regiments of Guards supported by own and foreign music bands at Stadtschloss Duceta. Bundespräsident W. S. Hombruch and the Chief Constable will then proceed to the confeRRence of honorary commands. Honorary guest: His Excellency the Secretary Of State, Count Biseuro, colonel-in-chief of the 1st Regiment of Guards. In the evening, we'll watch and listen to a splendid tattoo of the combined music bands, conducted by one of our new IMMA academics (please designate one of your future IMMA scholars if you like). On 16th January takes place the formal inauguration of the IMMA*) and the introduction of the first foreign military musicians, followed by the quatripartite conference (as many days as needed, please propose topics), followed by a farewell party generously catered by GBR (did we understand this part correctly?); and as the APWH secretary once advised: on this occasion don't wear your best suit and by no means your new colonel-in-chief's uniform...
