Test results of three AC powered SATA to USB 3.0 Adapter on a Raspberry Pi with SSD.
The Raspberry Pi 4 USB max current for all four USB ports is 1.5A.
The objective is to find a fast powered SATA to USB 3.0 interface to use with the SSD with the Raspberry Pi OS.

Raspberry Pi Model 4 B 4 GB
Samsung 860 EVO 500 GB SSD

Run the benchmark on your Raspberry Pi with the CLI command:

Only the first two adapters worked by booting the RPi with Samsung 860 EVO SSD.

Ugreen with UASP mode
Raspberry Pi USB current: 0A
Test run 1: 8092
Test run 2: 7878

Weme no UASP mode, (UASP mode makes a difference.)
Raspberry Pi USB current: ~.268A
Test run 1: 5743
Test run 2: 5152
Note: the power adapter does not supply power when using Samsung 860 EVO SSD.
The Weme still draws power from the RPi USB port.

Benfei does not work booting the Raspberry Pi
Raspberry Pi USB current: ~.001A

Please post your Raspberry Pi memory benchmark results with your configuration.
