Public transit storm advisory for VTA, Caltrain, SamTrans, and BART remains in effect today, and possibly Monday as well:

At minimum, expect at least 20 minute delays on all BART trains due to the heavy rain and winds.  Outdoors, the trains must run slower in order to brake safely at station stops.

Also, expect 5-10 minute delays on all VTA bus and light rail trips.  This is because the buses and light rail trains must run slower to be able to brake safely.  Especially for the buses, they will also have to traverse flooded streets and downed trees on streets and at bus stops.
