help with constructing parser schema

Hi - I just came across your software today and was trying it out with data from our Total Station. I was having some trouble getting the syntax right for the parser schema. I've attached a csv of our data, which is structured PointID / Geom-tag / Feature Code / X / Y / Z. I just can't seem to get the parser correct. I'm obviously formatting something wrong somewhere, so I've attached my effort. If you could let me know where I'm going wrong, that would be lovely.
