moderated Red-naped Sapsucker at Stanford

At the end of the SCVAS field trip this morning we located a (possible) Red-naped Sapsucker across the road from Galvez (L-96) parking lot at the following GPS coordinates:
37.4331301, -122.1674206 

There was some discussion on whether the bird might be a hybrid. We did get some photos for analysis.
