Just saw, twice, a male Hooded Oriole coming to a nectar feeder outside my 2nd floor front window. I have had a mating pair the past few years, with fledglings eventually showing up. This year? TBD. Time to buy some organic grape jelly. I put out an “Oriole” feeder with some nectar and homemade organic apple butter. TBD if that’s a hit with the orioles, or not.
