There's currently a Broad-billed Hummingbird coming to the flowering trees at the end of Addie St. in Pismo Beach next to Ira Lease Park (35.1381777, -120.6375006).

The Broad-billed Hummingbird continued to be seen when I left around noon today. Definitely a rarity to our county. I did a quick check and the last one reported to ebird was in 2009. Thanks Will for another rare find and speedy report to sloco this morning.
