Yes, eBird is all about archiving bird sightings at specific locations.
See https://ebird.org/barchart?r=US-CA-079&yr=all&m= to view a SLO County bar graph and records. Click on the map symbol to the right of a species name to see the location species has been reported. You can select records for a specific month or years.

Hi Joanna, To add to Tom’s helpful info, if you are looking for specific sightings of specific species, you can also go to Explore, then Species Maps, put in a bird species name, and then zoom in on a map to the area you are interested in.
