The Oso Flaco Black Tern continued till after 5pm this afternoon. It was visible feeding over the lake, looking south from the wide spot a little before the the coastal end of the boardwalk that goes across the lake. It only came close once. The rest of the time it was at least half way across the lake, flying with swallows.
