Oso Flaco today, Canada Warbler

Cher Hollingworth

There was a female Canada Warbler foraging around the 'old port-a-potty area' (just
inside the gate at the parking lot).    I was able to stand still and watch it forage on the ground toward me, coming within 6 ft ft
away, going in and out of the the short plants on the ground.

An American Bittern was out in the open, near the reed-island.   It went out of sight after a few minutes,
but then came back out and stood in the open again.  I left before it went back out of sight.
Two White Pelicans were present.
