observed the female take a bird into the eyrie in the early evening.
This morning (Friday) at 10;30am the ad. female vigorously plucked a
bird and then took it into the eyrie. The male exited immediately,
perched briefly, then took off for another hunt. Small feathers drifted
out of the eyrie into the wind as the chick(s) were being fed, then the
female came out and cached the remainder of the prey and returned
immediately to the eyrie, all a good indication there are chicks in the
