Hi all,

I was at Oso Flaco Lake from about 8-9:30 am and saw at least four osprey, a least bittern tucked in the reeds, and several least terns noisily soaring and fishing. Along the path on the way in, a juvenile Cooper's hawk in the trees next to the path, and on the way out, a juvenile great blue heron, again overhead next to the path. Driving away through the fields, a white tailed kite was hard at it. My shots are posted at
