Contesting

Nice one April !
A great article ooozing with enthusiasm and making the excellent point that a licence-imposed power limit or the conscious decision to go QRP can be offset many times over by an aerial with some gain - and a decent location.
A great read, succinct and well focused. I am sure that article will be a powerful encouragement to others.

There's a nice article in the latest RadCom for those just starting in or thinking about having a go at contesting. I think many of you will know the author ;)

Dom, you are mentioned in the article in the RadCom Magazine, mine usually arrives halfway through the month, like it did this Month.

Sadly, no RadCom for me yet either. Post seems to be extremely random these days. I can go weeks without receiving anything and then I get a load. Always amuses me as I live just round the corner from the sorting office.
Looking forward to reading the article.

..."Dom gets a mention because..."
His Name and Callsign. ... in print ... in a National magazine !! Wow, Fame !!
- The only issue with that fame is we will need double doors on the Meeting Room from now on to accommodate his enlarged head !!! hi !! :) :)
