Club Activity Night update #ActivityNights

As agreed with Viv, I will demo my FlexRadio 6400 on Thursday 13th October.

The K3 would be great James or all three of them, can't believe you have a K3, K3S and a KX3 ...

I can do a k3 or kx3 if that helps.  I’ve got a lot of photos of the k3s I built which I can show too.  You can’t buy either rig new anymore though.

Hi All,
It is proposed  going forward that we add a Guest Rig feature to Activity Nights. The idea is that on Activity nights rather than set up the club 590 station we invite a member to show case their rig. The club will provide antenna and psu if required so the rig can be seen working on the air. Hopefully we there will also be a 5-10 minute talk after parish notices on the members experience with using the rig. This should allow members to see these rigs in operation and view how they perform. I hope you consider this a good idea and so I would like feedback on which rigs you would like to see showcase.  I am also looking for volunteers to show case their rigs.  Please note we are talking about rigs ancient modern  and both HF/VHF/UHF.

I am looking forward to your feedback.

Best Regards
