The SK List.
Tony & I had some reasonable success at the Chippenham Ralky on Sunday last ..... until the heavens opened and all the buyers sensibly ran home!

Re: The SK List.
We had driven away about 1/4 mile when the skies opened.
My regrets, not picking up the Hameg 60MHZ 'scope for £10, because I've a Hameg 2MHz
'scope from 1986 and it would hve been good for spares,

Re: Welcome
Great idea James. Let's hope we get members using this group for information.
Can we put a link to this group under the Membership tab on the main SDARC website?
Thanks,

For best performance, you would use something like LMR400. This is about the same size as RG213 but is screened well. I can probably dig you out a short length and I even have the N connectors and

Source of mobile drive-on supports
Hi,
Does anyone know where one can source one of those drive-on mast supports? I am planning on doing some portable work and need something to support my pole, as it were. Any info appreciated.

Re: Source of mobile drive-on supports
There are quite a few options on ebay and the normal suppliers.
There's even one on ebay you can put a rotator on.
A number of the normal suppliers are out of stock

Re: Source of mobile drive-on supports
The galvanised one owned by the Club came from Tennamast.
It is built like a tank and four of them would make the Eiffel Tower portable!!
The downside to the strength is that it is RIGID, it doesnt

Thanks very much. I didn't realise that Barenco are just 7 miles from my home town. Was there a few weeks back, doh!

Any thoughts for Pinetrees re-boot?
Hi Gents,
Are there any thoughts about the first night at Pinetrees?
New members and recent joiners will need some kind of walk through or introduction, I would have thought. I could help with that,
