Thanks Den for taking the time to delve a little deeper. If I get a chance over the weekend, I take a look at the finer workings of the spreadsheet to see what data is being pulled from where, etc.

Thanks Mike.
Would be nice if there were a "subscribe" option so we got push messages! I haven't come across such an option. You?

Dom,
A final final on this thread (!) I have just delved into the data tables using a recent version (but not 11a) of the RSGB calc and confirm that "generic" (but not manufacturer/model specific)

Dom,
I have just done a run on the IcnirpCalc and attach results page for 6M for the V2000.
I have assumed some pretty 'standard' condx with 15m of RG213 and an ant height of 5m
Mode FM and 50% TX:RX

However since the Pre November deadline is 110 Megs and up, I think he would appreciate resolving any final final

Noted the V2000 anomaly at 50megs.
I will add it the list of issues noted.
You are absolutely right, the V2000 should do 6 (and 10 ?).
I think the achilles heel of the whole calc situation is going to

Thanks Den,
I was just trying to get ahead of the game by checking my HF antennas. I'm fine with my current 2m/70cm Colinear setup, mainly due to my Diamond V2000 antenna being 5.5m up on a scaffold

Hi Dom.
Though I haven't done the calc run, I can confirm that there is AS YET no PAC for the 20m dipole/inv V.
I will have a look when I wake up properly.... nodded off watching a film till my phone

Trio/Kenwood TS120 circuit diagram required
Morning All,
I am in need of a copy of the circuit and PCB layout of a TS120..
I can find some copies on the net but the PCB overlay is not clear enough. So a hard copy of and original service manual

Re: ICOM Memory Keypad Kit
For an IC7000…
You have 2 options.
1) make a custom RJ45 cable to RJ45 (easiest)
2) make/buy/use the Icom rj45 to 8 pin socket adapter. OPC-589 style.
The two rj45 sockets on the board are connected

Dom, are you sure? I seem to recall it would only work with the rear mic socket – why I don’t know.

Re: ICOM Memory Keypad Kit
Hi James,
Yes, that's what I said, you can make it for the IC-7000, by wiring the pins differently, but it won't be interchangeable (once built) with the IC-7300. I was just trying to point out that

Re: ICOM Memory Keypad Kit
For those interested, this will also NOT work with the ICOM IC-7000. I've just checked both the 7300 and 7000 manual and the pin allocations are different on the MIC plug. Obviously you could change
