Hi James, Yes, that's what I said, you can make it for the IC-7000, by wiring the pins differently, but it won't be interchangeable (once built) with the IC-7300. I was just trying to point out that

For those interested, this will also NOT work with the ICOM IC-7000. I've just checked both the 7300 and 7000 manual and the pin allocations are different on the MIC plug. Obviously you could change
