Re: Picture

Good point, Stewart. We had that problem when Yahoo imposed 'neo' groups on us and all sorts of weird and irrelevant pictures appeared ' uninvited'.  It was a devil of a job to change‎ them, especially as Yahoo insisted on using a letterbox format, which, while fairly suitable for trains, was nigh on impossible for anything else! The groups I was moderator for had always used square or portrait photos, and even normal landscape wouldn't fit without being stretched out of proportion, so, finding something that would fit was a nightmare. Hopefully, Groups.io won't be so difficult.
Cheers,
Robert

Here is a possible picture - I've made it the same size as the one of the elephants.  However I have no idea how to use it on our site. Maybe somebody can give us a clue?

Latest railway news from the african rail industry

Editors Comment

Aveng Infrastructure is set to build a railway sleeper factory in Ghana as part of the local content aspirations of the Minister of Railway Development for the roll out of new railway projects in Ghana. In other news, it would appear that the Minister of Railway Development in Ghana has apparently signed an MOU with a Russian Railway firm for the proposed Accra-Paga railway line – although there has been much media attention, there is no mention of this MOU on any of the official channels.

CFM, looks set to move forward with the Rehabilitation Of The Manhica Railway Bridge and this coming Friday we should hear more with regard to the NRZ recapitalization bid.
