Visits and Meals for Merilee and Garrett

Dear Parish Family,

Since Merilee has recently had a downturn in health, the Sisterhood would like to offer some help to Merilee and Garrrett by providing a weekly meal and volunteers to assist Merilee twice per week.  If you would like to provide a meal, please bring it to the church on Sunday, and Demetra Durham will deliver it to them on the following Monday.  If you would like to volunteer your time to help Merilee in person, they need help on Tuesdays and Thursdays ideally from 12 to 4pm.  In addition to simply visiting Merilee, you would also provide some basic care such as assistance with walking and help with household chores, such as perhaps preparing a meal, doing some laundry, or helping other volunteers with unpacking from their recent move.  When you sign up to visit, Matushka Genevieve can provide more details on how to help!
