Yes, you can.
Press the USB Return button on the channel you want to send the effect out, and it will go out over Zoom.
All the best

Chris:
Thanks much.
So other than through a DAW, I gather that one cannot send the effects to a program such as Zoom, TeamTalk ETC?
Thanks all over the place.

Well depends. Another one with the 12 mtk. The way you can use the fx, eq, pan etc on the board to print to a recording is by receiving your audio from the PC to the individual usb returns. Set everything how you want and mix it down back to the pC on tracks 13/14. 23/24 in your case.
So in reaper for example you'd set the output for each track to a usb out on the board. Set the usb return button on those tracks on the board. Add any fx you want in reaper on those tracks too if you like. Make your adjustments, arm a track with inputs 23/24 and record.
Otherwise, when just laying down tracks, the audio interface is post gain but pre fader eq and fx.
You can of course just use it as an analogue board bipassing the audio interface with the master outs connected to a separate interface.
