Dear friends!

With this letter, I officially inform you about the situation around the call sign R7PKS. The manager of the RDA diploma program repeatedly requested documents, telephone conversations were conducted, as a result, a decision was made, due to the failure to provide the requested documents for Sultan R7PKS activations, all activities (except home CN-01) were removed from the RDA Autocfm rdaward.ru and cannot be accepted for crediting for diplomas and RDA plaques.

Subsequent R7PKS activations will be counted only after the relevant supporting documents are provided.

Nothing "unethical" at all.

Do we want to work Real RDAs or "fake" RDAs?

Chechnya, Dagestan, Ingushetia, South Ossetia can easily be worked honestly with Real activators.

These are not remote and difficultly accessible regions in Yakutia, Chukotka, Kamchatka or Magadan.

Roman's decision is 100% correct.

The questioned acticator can submit evidence for activation if he has. If not,, these regions were "worked" from wrong location...

Hi Mats!

His decision is indeed the right one, but you cannot be fair here!

That's what I wanted to point out! (I only had 44 areas cancelled) but
if someone gets a 2500 award and cancelled say 40 areas then they don't
have the QSO number for the conditions and still have an award in hand!

And this is what is a problematic issue for a hunter...

I understand your point.

However, as the hunter needs to work 2642 districts to get Worked All RDAs, he needs to work those wrongly accepted RDAs anyway.

It is like those who got RDA 2500 plaques using R7PKS QSOs, will be forced to work those RDAs again, to get the next step on the ladder.

I do not see the problem really to be honest.  They have got the plaque with some "credit", and then need to ensure that they substitute R7PKS fake regions with other Real regions gradually.

Or do you want such hunters to return their RDA-2500 plaques to Roman, and request new ones when they have 2500 RDAs again? Not very reasonable, right?

I was amazed when I heard the contacts with R7PKS this summer, and so many naive hunters worked him as "Real". I stopped working R7PKS very early when my common sense told me that those RDAs eventually would  not be counted. Hence I lost only 4 or 5 RDAs today.... For those who believed they worked " 40 new RDAs", I feel sorry they were not critical enough :)
