New payment address for RDA diplomas.

Dear friends!
Thanks to the help of Antonio IZ7AUE, every foreign amateur radio operator can pay for an RDA diploma using his paypal account. It is important to make the correct payment method and specify the correct address: please specify to donate friends/family (ebay.arcom@...). Let me remind you, the cost of each RDA diploma is 12 EUR. We hope paypal will start working in Russia again in the near future, but for now this is the only way. 73! RA3R Roman RDA manager |

Roman, you should also update mydx.eu it still uses your address and is written “this seller can not accept payments at the moment”.
