RAEM Award (80s & 90s)

We plan to receive scans for the RAEM award, but it depends on human resources - we need 1-2 new checkers for card checking.

I worked a lot of RAEM stations in the late 80s and 90s and see it listed on the RDA site.  Is it possible to scan and send in those old cards for the RAEM award from way back then?
