ENG: Is there any way/website/other channel to ENCOURAGE/REQUEST/CHALLENGE Russian stations to UPLOAD THEIR LOGS before the end of the year ???? I think all of us RDA HUNTERS have many ATNO/ATNO-2021 in

I would like that too, but I think it is not possible. Every russian ( or/and any ) station choose where to send their log. LotW, Hamlog, mydx.eu ...or paper QSL.. You can not force anyone... If no other way send paper QSL card, I do that. Good thing might be for mydx.eu... no green background colour field for any station which do not send logs to mydx.eu 6 months. VERY true. I have MANY unconfirmed Russian stations via online or bureau. I imagine the Russian stations not confirmed online have limited access to internet. Maybe encouragement to send logs to RA3R via email or to someone who can input logs into RDA for them. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year ! Jim (AA0MZ)
