Stolen Pictures

icecardinal

Good morning all,

There is a Facebook group about Oshkosh, WI where several people are posting pictures of WC, SOO, CNW, FRVR moves with "I forgot to write date down, Forgot when I took this" etc and attempting to pass them off as theirs. If you have any of these pictures in your Flickr, RRPA, or Railpics.net accounts you may want to check your privacy settings. I've already reported many of these posts, but wanted to put out an FYI. Seems like they are mostly screenshotting and cropping watermarks off.

New Book "Railroader" by Howard Green

DupyRail

Just got through the entire book about the life of EHH.  Whether you agree or disagree with him, its a easy ( but good ) read all they way to the end.  I usually don't read books to the end, but I did on this one.  Also has a bunch of pictures ( no trains ).  In the end, IMO, his wife Jeannie, has to be a Saint.

Its a good book for history buffs and what goes on in/out of the board room.

~ $20 at Amazon and probably other fine places.

Andy, I wonder if they were running multiple tests in opposite directions, or running the two 'at' each other as some kind of functional check? This caboose unit was the ICG 199436.

Unless they are testing hypotheses, they aren't scientists!

Mad engineers?  Probably not.

Mad rail technicians, sure.
