This appears to be one of the Krupp 240mm or 280mm guns the Chinese purchased for their coastal forts in the 1880s. There is an interesting article in the CDSG Journal for FEB 2016 beginning on page 48 on the Coastal Fortifications in Xiamen, China by Piotr Kurzawa, that has a number of pictures and drawings of the guns and Chinese forts. Some of the guns are still in place today.
