Error Parent Receiving Error message in PS Phone App

Hi! Has anyone ever had a complaint from a parent that they are receiving this message? Is this at PS end? Does anyone have an idea? I believe if the parent signs out completely of the app and signs back in that is all they need to do. I had parents experience this several times last month and that is all they needed to do. Yes, we had that message for both students and their families in our district. We had them log out of the app, re-install the latest version of the app, and then log back in. This seemed to take care of the issue.
