Anyone have any idea how to correct my issue with Teacher Recommendations.  Scheduler course catalog that is attached to the current scenario is correct and shows the active classes only.  When we go into the PowerTeacher backpack and create a new recommendation it shows all the inactive and active courses. Anyone know how to fix that.  I have been on the phone with PS all morning and the lady doesn't seem to understand that she needs to escalate this case.
