Millionaires are choosing to rent
"The share of renters earning less than $50,000 simply evaporated, falling 11%, as poorer renters moved in with family members. ...
"Poorer tenants are much worse off after this rental-demographic shift, since they must now compete with more well-off renters...

Hi Sue,
What you point to is so true, thanks!
Pushing the poor and homeless back in to compete with the
remainder of the citizenry for low cost housing and even lower
paying employment is cruel and as we have seen ineffective!
Instead we can use our knowledge of the system to increase
availability of housing and work opportunities by establishing
sustainable, very low cost, uplifting live / work villages, for
all especially the most in need.
Cheers, Jayme

It is nice to see a consensus from along the western coast the States. The communication may appear small, however, your emails reflect the values of your community.
