City Council is meeting to listen to the community’s comments on the budget. Comments will be given by electronic communication (internet connection or telephone). The meeting is available to the community on the City's YouTube Channel, eGov PDX, www.portlandoregon.gov/video, and Channel 30.
Community members will have two minutes to comment. There may be more people who apply to comment than time will allow. In this case, we will select applicants by random drawing.
Please note the theme of the listening sessions and sign-up for the session that best describes the topic of your testimony. We will reserve the last thirty minutes of each meeting for comments on any issue. The listening sessions will also include invited testimony.
Simultaneous American Sign Language interpretation will be provided at the events and hearing.
To comment: Apply to comment using this comment sign-up form by 4:00pm the day before the meeting. For Monday meetings, sign-up is due Sunday at 4:00pm.
If you are chosen in the random drawing, you will receive an email confirmation on the day of the meeting by 12:00pm with instructions on commenting by phone or internet connection. We will also email you if you are not selected in the random drawing.
