Having used Altium for many years before retiring I am struggling with the "quirks" of Eagle (free). Is pcbgcode locked into Eagle or can other software be used ?.

So I know that professional PCB companies use brush plating to apply copper to the holes of vias to connect the layers. What are others using for via connections? I’ve heard of tiny brass rivets being

I find I need to do a two sided board with some resistors and caps. It looks like 1206 might be usable. Is there any experience with anything smaller, or is even 1206 too small? I have a reflow oven b

Guide pins on smd solder mask.. 6 messages

In order to properly locate a stencil over an etched circuit board I have placed circular smd pads at appropriate places on the board. Holes to accommodate guide pins are placed centrally on this pad.

Greetings PCB-Gcode Community, I want to thank the admins for the add to the group. I stumbled upon PCB Gcode in a FB group for the Sainsmart 3018 CNC I had picked up for doing home/hobby electronics.
