Hello,
would anyone please tell me how I can make the above combination work
to produce gcode for milling, drilling and cutting out PCB's.

Dennis,

Fedora is linux?
If you want to run a cnc machine from Linux then I suggest EMC on Ubuntu.
Not sure about Eagle, pcbcode on Linux but it works ok on XP.
I have XP machine for making the G-code then run it on another DOS box for cncing.
