OK, downloaded the zip file and loaded the dir into eagle 6.1 that I useand seems to work just fine. Did some poking around and all seemedfine.

Thanks very much for the reply.
It seems to be solved and something to do with the GND polygon. I deleted the polygon that was there- redid it and it was back to how I intended..

I believe you need to go into pcb-gcode-setup and tell it which layer to etch, top or bottom only.

Well it looks like the problem is something to do with M6 tool change codes !!
Had a look around and found this info about the M6 command not work in all
So i downloaded the ( grbl.pp ) file and put
