On Thursday 7 Nov we have a visit, details below.

We need to discuss this at the Tuesday meeting as we need a 4th guide as there will be 40 people.

i.e. 4 groups of 10. It has been suggested that Michael could do the 4th session with a "Space News" type talk in the meeting room.

Note the visit is from 6-8pm, so 4 x 30 minute sessions, rotating.
