Shipwreck Florence

Case Turner

Anyone here know what ship this might be?

On North side of the bay. Not the schooner Bella which is on the south side.

Okay, anyone know the history of this shipwreck our friends found near the base of the north jetty Coast Guard tower in Florence? It appears to be completely buried with the exception of the top deck photos shown. The front mast near the bow shows a very tight grained wood. The rear or stern mast seems to have some steel reinforcing near the base.
Touched up photos show the starboard gunnel near the bow with the front mast circled in red and rear mast in yellow.
Any thoughts?
